Trainers

• Keep trainer profiles up to date.
• Invite trainers as organization members when they need app access.
• Adjust trainer permissions if they should manage attendance or limited billing.

Trainer groups

• Create trainer groups for shared coverage.
• Assign trainers or trainer groups when editing a course.

Where to manage them

• Trainer access list: Settings → Organization
• Groups: People / organization group tools (trainer type)
• Course assignment: Calendar course editor

Tips

• Pair trainer setup with members & permissions.
• Default trainers can also be suggested on locations.
