Family links
Staff can link a guardian ↔ dependent relationship.
Guardians can then:
- Book classes for dependents
- Manage eligible shared/family passes
- Check in dependents (switch family member first in the app bar)
Client tips
- Sign in with the guardian account.
- Use the family-member switcher before booking, buying a pass, or scanning QR.
- Confirm the dependent name is shown in the app bar context.
Staff tips
- Create both client profiles before linking them.
- Shared family pass products must allow family use — see Pass products.
- Dependent booking routes are organization-scoped and follow the same capacity/policy rules.
