Vekker is built around four roles. Your role controls navigation, permissions, and which workflows you can run.

Multi-organization & family context
- You can belong to more than one organization and switch org/role from the app bar.
- Guardians can switch between family members when booking or checking in for dependents.
Permissions
Beyond the default role map, owners and admins can grant or restrict permissions such as managing members, clients, schedule, attendance, bookings, passes, and payments.
Important rules
- Clients land on Schedule by default; staff land on Calendar.
- Admin in the product UI corresponds to the assistant role in the API.
- Dashboard figures may be illustrative depending on the release — see Current limitations.
