Clients can review:
- Active passes
- Expired passes
- Balance and account activity
Buy a pass
- Open Passes.
- Choose a product offered by the studio.
- If buying for a dependent, switch family member first (and use a family-eligible product when required).
- Complete hosted checkout (Stripe or Barion).
- Wait while the app polls payment status, then refresh if needed.
Using a pass in class
Eligible passes are reserved/consumed when staff close attendance with pass billing — clients do not manually “punch” the pass during QR scan.
