Client groups

Client groups help studios organize members for filtering and bulk assignment to courses.

Use groups to

• Filter the People list quickly
• Assign a whole roster when creating a course
• Keep related members together (for example beginners or a team)

How to manage groups

1. Open People → Client groups.
2. Create a group and add clients.
3. When creating a course, assign the group in the clients step.
4. Update membership as people join or leave.

Groups do not replace individual bookings or attendance — they speed up setup.
